Using any plans, designs, or concepts you have, we'll assess the project to determine if we're the right fit for your vision. With your vision in mind, we'll provide a guidance kit filled with helpful information and insights about completing your construction project, including unfailingly honest feedback about any challenges we foresee.

Before committing to a Construction Agreement, we take the time to work through a detailed pre-construction process. Our Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PSA) includes developing the project scope in collaboration with you and/or other design professionals, creating specifications and selections, and providing a detailed estimate to ensure the completion of a high-quality project at a pre-agreed price. After signing off on the design and production plan, we will have all the information necessary to provide a transparent and comprehensive price for your project. You will have met your project manager and be aware of who will be handling each aspect of the project and when. Our team will present you with a Construction Agreement for mutual signatures, where we will thoroughly go over and explain every detail to ensure complete transparency throughout the process.

During the construction phase, we will manage all aspects of the project, including ordering materials, scheduling, oversight, and coordination. Simultaneously, we will provide regular progress updates and promptly inform you of any issues that may arise.
